Zach Victor 

President

 

Zach Victor, our founder, has been immersed in construction his entire life, practically born into the trade. He started young, plastering at just 10 years old and mastering the trowel by 15. By 18, he was already a lead carpenter and a master plasterer. Growing up working for his father’s general contracting company, Zach gained firsthand experience in all aspects of the industry while also seeking out opportunities to expand his expertise. Over the years, he has worked in insulation, tenant fit-ups, stucco exteriors, and large-scale commercial projects, serving as both a superintendent and lead carpenter foreman. His deep knowledge across multiple trades has allowed him to refine his skills to an exceptional level, making him a leader in the field with unparalleled expertise.
